for all interested readers:

i will no longer be blogging with xanga.  you can stay up to date on my life and thoughts at my website blog: http://chrislunsford.com/blog.  there is an rss feed for my postings...so if you don't want to go out of your way to visit my site...my blog will come to you.

my xanga will stay online as I work on transferring some of the material I want to keep to more permanent places.  after that..i'll be shutting it down.

thanks for reading.

it's been fun xanga.

Just finished:

Slaughterhouse Five and A Clockwork Orange.

Although I cannot say why, I find myself quite intrigued by novels of this variety.  They seem to put on display the worst of humanity.  And we read them, and call them the best of literature.

I continue with:
This Side of Paradise, F. Scott Fitzgerald

wish me luck
